Have Your Salad On The Go

Over the few days I have had a bunch of people tell me that it is just too hard for them to eat healthy and include SO many “greens” in their meals, diets, and lifestyles.  It is always easy to make excuses when you are being challenged with making a change…or as Ringo Starr sang, “It Don’t Come Easy”.  Making dietary changes doesn’t have to be as hard as we think.  Now you can have your “salad on the go”.

What is a “salad on the go”?  Supreme Greens.  Supreme Greens contains 39 Vegetables, Herbs, Grasses, Sprouts, and MSM.  By mixing one teaspoon of Supreme Greens into 16 ounces of water you are helping moving your body, health, and diet up the scale towards alkalinity and away from acidity.

  1. I’ve done a ton of research and it’s nearly impossible to have a perfect diet. There is no better way to fill in dietary gaps than with supplements. This looks like a good one.

Good idea for people on the go. Even if we are in rush we should care about diet and I think that Supreme Greens could help a lot 🙂

I do so much better with this in the summer but not the winter (live across from a Farmers Market). I should probably do this in the winter!

  10. hi. Oh YES! I love things like Supreme Greens. I tried it a few years ago after I got into drinking wheat grass juice in support of my late husband’s immune system. Chemo treatments can create havoc on people’s immune systems. We just couldn’t get the fresh juice easily daily. Having Supreme Greens on hand makes getting that on a daily basis super easy. Taking care of our health for the sake of our loves ones is ALWAYS in style and a romantic gesture!

I just discovered the green “arugula” and I’m so surprised that I like it very much. Even had it on a pizza yesterday.

You didn’t mention what this drink tastes like.
