Lactose, which is milk sugar, is one of the three types of disaccharides
that must be broken down by Lactase.
Lactase helps the absorption of calcium. Lactase deficiency results in
"lactose intolerance" in all dairy products and causes many discomforts. If
lactose is not broken down properly with the enzyme Lactase, it may cause
many small
intestine discomforts.
Lactase should be taken with Digestive because the Protease, Lipase and
Invertase enzymes in Digestive are synergistic with Lactase. Protease will
help break down the fats in milk and Invertase helps break sucrose down into
glucose and fructose.

Recommended Use:
3 capsules of Lactase with 3 capsules of Digestive immediately before each
